Club History
Western Reserve Racquet and Fitness Club was built in 1970. The desire to bring indoor tennis to the area was the dream of three very determined individuals. The original club included four indoor courts, a lounge area, a small pro shop and locker rooms. Over the years, the Club has grown and expanded, adding five outdoor tennis courts, six more indoor tennis courts, and racquetball and squash courts.
In November 1992, the club was destroyed by fire. It was rebuilt to its present state and reopened in the fall of 1993. The club was completely modernized to become a state-of-the-art health and racquet sport facility.
